ORDER PROCESSING

 Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Kemme Fatale, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  Kemme Fatale is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery. All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order. Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays. 

REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not offer refunds. Orders can only be returned for a store credit if damaged. We will issue you a store credit  once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit. Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit. All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
